CEO of The Eastern Division
William holds a CDM, CFPP from the University of North Dakota. William has 18 years of Bookkeeping and Accounting experience and more than 31 years of Dining Services and nutrition experience working in a variety of restaurant and healthcare settings. Throughout his career he has developed the ability to build strong client relationships and shown a proven track record of providing solutions to dining services challenges. William oversees the daily operations of Superior Dining Services.
CEO of The Western Division
Douglas is a CDM, which he obtained from the University of North Dakota. He is also the president of Central PA ANFP. With more than 30 years of experience as a CDM, working in a variety of restaurant and healthcare settings, his first-hand knowledge of a CDM's daily activity gives valuable insight for matching consultants with available positions. Douglas oversees the recruiting and onboarding processes for the company to ensure that all clients in need of coverage are matched with a highly-qualified nutrition and CDM professional.
Vice President of The Eastern Division
Carla holds a CDM from the University of North Dakota. She has over 31 years of hands on experience in Dining Services. She excels at transforming facilities by making them run smoothly on a daily basis, more profitable for administrators and preparing them for state inspections. Carla also has interior design experience, assisting with home, office and daycare designs. Carla is currently the Director of our facility in Wyomissing, PA. She works closely with the CEOs to help solve problems, providing her perspective and knowledge cultivated by years of experience.
Director of Human Resources/
Accounts Payable Admin
Latress received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. Her wide array of experience, from building and maintaining websites to over 6 years in the food industry, complimented with her degree make her a perfect fit for the company. Her knowledge not only lends itself to the food industry, but also to the other services the company currently has and those in the works. Multitasking, communication, adaptability and a strong work ethic are all skills she uses to manage the workforce and profitability of Superior Dining Services. Latress oversees the Human Resource Department and all Accounts Payable.
Director of Marketing and Sales
Myesha acquired a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Alvernia University. She has marketing experience working with two nonprofit organizations, specializing in market research, social media, and market content copywriting. She also has 4 years of experience in the food service industry. As a recent graduate, she will add new insight into reaching our target markets and helping to build mutually beneficial relationships through all the services that we offer. Myesha oversees all marketing and sales of the company.
